Books On the Square Event for The Overlords: Journey To Salvation

Mike will be signing copies of his latest novel, The Overlords: Journey to Salvation, this Saturday, March 3rd from 2:00 to 4:00 at Books on the Square, 471 Angell St., Providence, RI.  This will be Mike's first event in the Providence area in over two years.  Mike will discuss his latest Overlords novel, as well as his fantasy book series, writing workshops, presentations, school visits, the 12 in 12 campaign, and much, much, more!  This event is free and great for all ages.  Hope to see you there!

The Overlords: Journey To Salvation Book Launch Party Recap

The book launch party at the Middletown (RI) Public Library for The Overlords: Journey to Salvation was a great success!  Mike made a brief speech, then entertained questions for almost an hour.  As an added treat for Overlords fans, Mike unveiled the first caricatures of Harrison Cross.  Kelly Alksninis (pictured below) was happy to meet her favorite author and pick up two more books to complete her Overlords collection!

Welcome Aboard, Patrick Thompson!

After an extensive international search that included hundreds of applicants, Overlord Enterprises is happy to announce that Patrick Thompson has joined the ever-growing company! Patrick's cutting edge artwork, forward thinking, and enthusiasm toward making Overlord Enterprises a globally recognizable name put him over the top! When asked how Overlord Enterprises would benefit by having him on board, Patrick responded:

"I believe that I can bring the story of The Overlords to life with my unique vision, artistic talent, skills, and imagination, bringing to the series an extra oomph that will draw in readers."

His signature file also caught our attention, "I don't paint things. I only paint the difference between things."

Patrick's responsibilities will include creating the cover design for Book Three, caricatures of the main characters, webisodes, book cover artwork for our SelfPublishingInsight.com clients, and much, much more. As you can see, Patrick is going to be quite busy!

Calling All School Teachers and Librarians!

We want to help your students and patrons get the creative juices flowing! The Overlords are in the process of booking school visits, library presentations, workshops, and book fairs. We are able to offer creative writing workshops for pre-teens and teens (adults are welcome as well!) at your local school or library. If you are interested in having an enthusiastic, published author come to your school or library for a dynamic presentation, please let us know!
